SUGGESTED USE:
Arbonne’s unique metered pump provides 1/4 tsp. per dose.
Women: Recommended use is 1/4 tsp.(1 pump) to 1/2 tsp. (2 pumps) per day. One pump should be applied in the evening. Two pumps should be divided, one in the morning, one in the evening. Apply PhytoProlief or Prolief to the soft tissues, such as the chest, inner arms, neck, face, palms of the hands and soles of the feet. It is recommended to rotate applications to a different soft tissue with each usage.
Men: Apply 1/8 tsp. (1/2 pump) of prolief daily to face after shaving or to soft tissues.

What is the difference between PhytoProlief and Prolief?
Both are natural balancing creams, conveniently packaged in a metered pump, to supply 1/4 tsp. of product per each dose. PhytoProlief contains added phytoestrogens, or plant estrogens, Prolief does not. According to literature, phytoestrogens help to balance the sometimes harmful effects of too much or too little estrogen.
