Electrolysis is the only means of permanently destroying the germinative cells responsible for hair growth in the dermis layer as well as eliminating the chance of hair growing from the treated follicle. It remains today the only permanent solution to unwanted hair.
There are many hair removal methods and products available for the consumer from over the counter depillatories to in salon services such as waxing and tweezing.
